The rematch between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr. for the IBF, WBA (super) and WBO heavyweight belts is around the corner, and both fighters are super prepared.
The sequel is set to take place in the afternoon on Dec. 7 from Diriyah Arena in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia
Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr. will fight in the Middle Eastern country for the first time. The venue being constructed will have what is expected to be a capacity crowd of 16,000 people.
Ruiz entered their first fight June 1 as a 9-1 underdog. Except for those closest to him, no one gave Ruiz a prayer against Joshua, who had been regarded as the best heavyweight in the world. Then everything changed for the 30-year-old career challenger.
Can Andy Ruiz Jr. prove to the boxing world his win wasn’t a fluke?
